After the test, urine, hair or saliva specimens are collected daily and sent to a laboratory that is federally certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Our strict internal procedures and guidelines ensure processing the paperwork correctly. We will:

• Report the results to the employer, working closely with your Medical Review Officer (MRO). If you do not have an MRO, we can provide one for you.

• Pull random drug screenings for all DOT companies and arrange appointments with collection sites in their area.

• Provide supervisors with federally required drug and alcohol awareness training to stay in compliance.

• Go on site, if needed, or provide telephone support to answer any questions and offer any assistance.

• Offer compliance manuals to employers, including all the latest updates, forms and procedures consistent with federal rules and regulations.
